Horse Dance

RIBBON WINNER, “Horse Dance”, Cultural Arts Center, Brick, NJ 2008 ~“I painted this after I just got back from my trip to Pennsylvania. It was a long car ride and I passed many farms on the way. As I was driving home, I witnessed many horses dancing in the sun. The bright colors and stained glass style gives a sense of fantasy to this painting while the freedom of my thoughts controlled my paint strokes and created colors from my memory instead of a realistic photograph.” Year 2006
